So late last year we went live with phase 1 which was basically fluid code within a fixed width site and a lot of modernizing and cleaning up of old code. Phase 2 which should go live in the next few weeks is desktop/tablet friendly or what we have nick-named fat finger friendly. phase 3 will eventually be the death of our very much unloved mobile site. Responsive in 3 not so easy steps.
