Only thing is: I’m beginning to come round to Steve Krug’s view which is that the views expressed in stage 3, bargaining, are actually correct and the right way to go.

Been stuck in too many situations where the client has refused to make even the smallest change on the grounds of “it’s being redesigned soon anyway so why bother”. And meanwhile, a tiny fix such as putting the appropriate word in the right place would make life *so* much better. And then, the promised redesign doesn’t happen…

What I completely agree with is that we need to help people come through stage 4 as quickly as possible to get to stage 5.
