		<description>You need to read the Zipf&#039;s book, The Theory of Least Effort published in 1940.. From this book we have Zipf&#039;s law(Power Law). Theory of Least Effort sounds so much nicer than Laziness. 

Also the whole theory of Generalised Cost which forms the backbone of transport economics. I have not seen the Theory of Least Effort applied to UCD,  or HCI. There are some papers for library systems that mention it. Nielson mentions Zipf&#039;s law but does not dig deeper.. It is a beautiful well written book for an academic book.</description>
