It's completely browser-based, really easy to use, and has a free version. Cool videos too - I love it!

Projjex.com is a great new site that does a fabulous job of project management. I've been using the freebie account for around 6 months now, and finally upgraded to the $50 a month account last week due to the amount of projects I need a site for. I've also been using ActiveCollab, which I've raved on about for ages - trouble is with it, it's not moving fast enough, and the guy in charge has announced that it'll be a paid for service for the delux version. Opensource, er, sort of?
Anyway, back on course. Using it in anger and it is spot on for what it does. Granted there's many features missing, but it's the best out there at the moment. There are more features with the paid account, so I'll give more feedback when I've had a proper looksee.
Another alternative opensource solution is www.redmine.org - I've yet to fully try it out (it's ruby on rails) but it's got gantt charting - which is an excellent visual for confusing your clients :o)

Pah!
