PDF security nonsense again

So I download the PDF’s that contain example exam questions to become an Adobe Certified Professional. The questions have the answers written under them. Grrrrrrr…

No problem. I’ll load them into Acrobat and black out the answers so I can try the questions.

THE PDF IS PASSWORD PROTECTED AGAINST MAKING CHANGES!!!

Dear Adobe,
Thanks for protecting me against accidently changing your publically available document. You seem to have forgotten that I could print the document out and scribble on in with a black pen. To prevent this may I suggest you make printing require a password too? And in-case I memorize it and think bad things about it why not stop me reading it without a password?
